Arkansas Church

In my travels around the state of Arkansas, I tend to be drawn to houses of worship. There is an amazing diversity of architectural styles when it comes to churches, and I try to record that diversity here. Please excuse my amateur bumbling with a camera; I'm learning as I go along.

I own a stained glass studio called Arkansas Glassworks, so my interest in the state's churches springs from my work. In my meetings with the folks who attend and care for these buildings, I always come away with a feeling that a church is much more than it appears. Like our bodies, the church is a shell. The spirit resides within.
