I like a church on a hill that reveals itself slowly.The steeple brings to mind Churchill Downs,
home of the Kentucky Derby.

I own a stained glass studio called Arkansas Glassworks, so my interest in the state's churches springs from my work. In my meetings with the folks who attend and care for these buildings, I always come away with a feeling that a church is more than it appears. A church is a shell whose spirit resides within.
